Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days

• International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Shipping is just Rs 100 on any order
  

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
